What is Our Refund Policy

We are committed to provide an unmatched services to our client and we try our best to achieve that. Sometimes if we are unable to deliver what we promise then we are ready to refund the cost to our clients what they have paid us. And we process refund on below terms and conditions.

Refund will not be processed on below conditions

A refund will not be provided if client does not approve our suggestions to certain changes (following “White Hat” tectonics only) including but not limited, changing web content, keyword density, codes, website navigation, and structure etc.

A refund will not be provided if client hires another SEO Company within the initial period or performs SEO on own.

A refund will not be provided to any domains that are blacklisted or become blacklisted due to client’s fault.

A refund will not be provided if client restricts ProtechZi to access his/her website or client’s website is not online and not available on the public Internet.

A refund is not applicable if client prevents ProtechZi to perform its service obligations in any way.

A refund will not be initiated if client cancel/unsubscribe our service within the very first month of the SEO/SMO/PPC/ORM campaign

If client continues our service after first month of the SEO/SMO/PPC/ORM/Website maintenance then it will be treated as client is satisfied to continue the service further.

If client wants to cancel/unsubscribe our service after first month of the SEO/SMO/PPC/ORM/Website maintenance then client has to send us an written service termination email (from same email id through which client has been communication with us) before 30 days of the next billing cycle.

A refund will not be initiated if client asks for a refund on/after the billing date.

A refund will not be initiated if client says I have changed my mind or for any similar reason after having subscribed to our service.

This is a digital service and we will not have any delivery information or any tangible product delivered to client. We will be only able to provide monthly progress report
