By making payment for the Sponsored Link Placement Service provided by ProtechZi Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Voluntary Service

The Sponsored Link Placement Service is provided entirely on a voluntary, customer-requested basis. The customer independently contacts ProtechZi Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. and requests the placement of a backlink, sponsored link, advertisement, or related promotional content on our website(s).

The customer confirms that the service was not imposed, automatically subscribed to, or purchased without their request and that they have voluntarily agreed to pay the specified amount for the requested service.

2. Service Agreement

Before making payment, the customer is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the service details, including the website/page where the link may be placed, applicable duration, pricing, and any other agreed conditions.

Payment of the invoice constitutes confirmation that the customer has accepted the agreed service and these Terms and Conditions.

3. No Refunds

All payments for Sponsored Link Placement Services are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Because the service is specifically requested and arranged for the customer, the customer agrees that no refund, cancellation refund, partial refund, or reversal will be provided after payment.

4. No Payment Disputes

By voluntarily requesting the service and making payment, the customer agrees not to initiate an unjustified payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal through PayPal, their bank, card issuer, or any other payment provider in relation to the agreed service.

Any genuine concern regarding the service should first be communicated directly to ProtechZi Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.

5. Link Placement

The placement of the backlink or sponsored content will be subject to the website’s editorial, technical, legal, and content policies. ProtechZi Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, relocate, or remove a link or content if required for legal, technical, security, editorial, or policy reasons.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the website, URL, business, products, services, and content associated with the requested backlink comply with applicable laws and regulations. The customer must not request placement of unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or prohibited content.

7. Payment Confirmation

Payment of the PayPal invoice confirms that the customer has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily requested the Sponsored Link Placement Service.
